As a custom cake studio we bring ideas and imagination to life. Cake is a delicate medium and may not support exact replicas. Certain adjustments may be required to ensure the cake’s integrity; we reserve the right to make adjustments or last minute alterations as required.  We reserve the right to decline last-minute or drastic changes.

Icing colours are mixed in-house, so the options are rather extensive. We cannot guarantee perfect colour matches but will do our very best when possible.

 

Once pick up or delivery has been completed, we are no longer responsible for damage to cakes or items provided by our bakery. We recommend cakes be transported on a flat surface in a cool environment, and remain refrigerated until the time of the event.

If someone will be picking up your order or accepting delivery on your behalf, they are responsible to confirm the order is to your satisfaction.​

 

Our standard recipes are nut-free, however please know our bakery is not a certified nut-free environment. If you or a guest has a severe allergy please contact us to ensure our bakery is the right choice for the health and safety of your guests.

​Delivery is available within Edmonton and surrounding areas at an additional charge. The cost will be determined by the kilometers travelled; we are happy to confirm pricing in your quotation. Should you later choose to pick up your order we will be happy to reimburse any delivery fees paid.

For wedding events, we strongly recommend delivery as larger cakes can be difficult to maneuver. We are also happy to add and arrange fresh flowers to your wedding cake at your event location (typically on the cake table from your florist).  

 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all orders. The remaining balance is due upon pick-up or delivery.

 

Cancellations must be complete no later than two (2) weeks before the event date. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, Any additional amounts paid above the deposit may be reimbursed. We understand life can be unpredictable, however we will have begun work on your design during this timeframe. We must ensure supplies are covered and time and efforts compensated, and thank you for your understanding.  

​*** We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time should: we feel last-minute alterations to be unrealistic and/or unreasonable; our staff are subject to abuse, harassment or other unwarranted actions by you or a person associated with your order; or the subject matter of the order be disrespectful against any living being or creature.

 

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
